You can taste traditional fish soup from Livorno, the “Cacciucco”, that here in Elba has a slightly different recipe and deserves to be tried. The delicious pasta dishes, such as “Spaghetti all’Aragosta” (made with local lobsters) and “Spaghetti allo Scoglio” will make you enjoy the real taste of the sea. Our rice dishes are fantastic: the wonderful “Risotto al Nero di Seppia” and the unique “Risotto alla Caravella”, are prepared with italian traditional cooking methods.

The fabulous Grilled Fish and Fried Frish, are made exclusively with local fresh fish.
Our baked fish is served with potatoes and, on request, Pachino tomatoes. The lobsters are chosen directly by the customer and taken from our aquarium before being cooked.
