Thus La Caravella was born, with Aladino lowering the sails and beginning to cook.
After him, his children managed the restaurant until 1982, when his niece Consuelo and her husband Mino decided to carry on the family tradition.

La Caravella is a ship-shaped stilt house, built on the small beach of the village, where Aladino had his fishing boat mooring and where he usually met with friends, tasting wonderful cacciucchi.

La Caravella restaurant is renowned for its excellent cooking, the kindness of its staff and for the warm welcome.
